Megamaster 2 Burner Grill Review [Perfect Grill]
Not sure what you mean by charcoal making your food taste bad. I’ve never had that issue, but I do know people that use lighter fluid and that makes food taste bad. Also I have a large BGE and have had many long cooks over 20 plus hours while smoking. I’ve also cooked pizzas at the 700 to 800F. Yes the higher the temp the faster I’ll go through charcoal, but the same could be said for pellet grills.
Traeger grills do not sear well.
