The most common error codes that show to all models are FHi, ErH, ErL, and C5 codes. In this post, you will get all the possible solutions for the Grilla Grills Error.

Your Grilla grills have only three models of pellet grills currently on the market to smoke and all of these error codes are common to them. Let us understand what they mean so that these error codes can be resolved easily.
FHi Error Code (Food May Be Burning)
Often we are a bit perplexed by how this error is appearing on pellet grills, but it can also alert you, as is the case with this Grilla Grill FHi error code.
This error code will appear on the controller’s screen when your meat probe exceeds 225°. This is to alert you that your food may burn.
But there can be a few reasons for this error code, check it out, the meat probe could be too close to the wall of the pellet grill, or it could be damaged or dirty.

ErH Error Code (Overheating Temperature)
The worst sign is the high temperature in the cooking process. Now your Grylls Grylls starts showing the Grilla Grill ERH error code, it only takes a few moments to completely destroy your hard work.
This basically means that the internal grill temperature of your pellet grill has exceeded 615 degrees Fahrenheit. The pellet grill’s system detects this abnormally high temperature and shuts down the grill.
The biggest reason for this is cleaning the grill at the right time. Some of the reasons are meat probe damage and the control panel malfunctioning.

Diagnosing the cause of flame temperature with this brand is a bit difficult as there are many reasons such as no pellets in the hopper, clogged fire pot, carb pellets used, and jammed auger.
If the flame temperature error is appearing, you should be inspected and remember not to restart when you do not know the cause.

Solutions (Grilla Grills Error Codes)
- Take everything out and start by inspecting the burnt pot.
- If the burn pot is empty then you are lucky all you have to do is put the wood pellets in the hopper and restart the grill.
But if there are wooden pellets in the fire pot, then your work will increase.
- First, clean the hopper and make sure there is no moisture in the pellets you are going to use.
- Clean the auger thoroughly.
- Fill the hopper with wood pellets and restart the grill unit.
- Everything will be okay.
The biggest problem of this type is caused by the use of bad wood pellets, pellets with moisture. Therefore, when purchasing wood pellets, choose a quality manufacturer.
Traeger Grill & Pit Boss are pioneers in this area which I love. You can also choose the brand of your choice.
Grilla Grills Operating Erro Codes (But Not)
There are some other codes (C1, C2, C3, C4, & C5) that appear on the control panel display that you need to know.
The pellet smoker from Grilla Grills has a power button on the top left side of the control board. Pressing it will turn on the ignition. Make sure the display is lit and the PDI turn remains at the default 250°F.
If you want to power off, press and hold this button for 3 seconds, if the pellet smoker is old it may take 5 to 6 seconds.
Your pellet grill will now display C5, which means it is in cooldown mode. This will count down C1 before it turns off. And if the pellet grill was at a higher temperature it would display C15 instead of C5.
General Grilla Grills Troubleshooting
There is some hardware in Grilla Grills that are very important to troubleshoot as they will all affect the cooking process and performance.
Flame Goes Out
Basically, flame-out translated to low temperature which is almost always accompanied by an ERL error with this brand.
Extinguishing the fire means that the fire in your grill is out. This always causes a drop in temperature, which signals the control board to ignite, which essentially has a direct connection to the incineration vessel with pellets.
The solution is the same as for the ERL error code, follow the same instructions to solve the flame-out issue.
